STEP 1 Introductions

  • This step is the beginning of our relationship and one of the most critical parts of the process. It's your chance to tell me your dreams and my opportunity to understand your needs, wants, and expectations. 

  • It’s also my chance to walk you through the buying process, and my role in it.

STEP 2 Finding the Perfect Fit

  • I will provide you with an analysis of what is active on the market that fits your criteria and price range. 

  • I will connect you to a client portal that automatically sends you new listings that meet your search criteria in real-time.

  • As listings come up, I will be available to answer all your questions and give you the information you need to decide if a property makes your short-list.

  • Once we have that short list of properties, we will book time for visits. Expect snacks and hot drinks!

STEP 3 We Found the Perfect Home

  • Here is where my advocacy and passion for fair representation shines. I am an intentional negotiator with over a decade of experience. I don’t play games and I firmly adhere to evidence and transparency throughout. 

  • This part of the process can involve a lot of emotions. I will guide you through it all and ensure you pay the best possible price for your new home. 

  • Once your offer is accepted, I will make sure that conditions are fulfilled in a timely manner using experts in the field. No offer will be submitted without due diligence. This is your future home, after all, and we need to make sure you enter into this transaction with all the information you need. 

STEP 4 After the Sale

  • We did it! But our relationship doesn’t end here. With the keys to your new home in hand, you can count on me as a valuable resource for information about the region and connect you to local professionals who can help you with all things home-related. 

  • As a new member of the Outaouais community, I’ll invite you to participate in the management of the Community Fund. It’s there to make OUR community stronger.
