STEP 1 Introductions

  • This step is the beginning of our relationship, and in my view is the most important one. I will take the time to get to know you and fully understand your expectations, wants, and needs, including your timelines and financial goals. 

  • This is also my opportunity to walk you through the process of selling your home, and review all of the documentation. 

STEP 2 The Game Plan

  • During this stage, we lay the groundwork for success.  

  • I will provide you with a selling strategy tailored to you and your unique home.

  • My extensive information package will provide you with an overview of your area's current market trends and statistics.

  • I will tell you what you need to hear -- not necessarily what you want to hear – based on facts and knowledge of the local market.

STEP 3 Design & Renovations

  • After a thorough discovery of your home, together we will determine if making some improvements could bring you a greater return. 

  • If we decide to do some pre-listing updates, I will connect you with professionals in the local community and will help implement and oversee the work.

STEP 4 Listing Your Property

  • This step is about creating a beautiful listing – you only get one chance to make that first impression.

  • My team of staging and photography professionals will ensure your home is looking its best.

  • Photography and video are at the heart of my listings, and will beautifully capture your home to showcase its features.

STEP 5 Marketing

  • We already worked on the marketing plan. Now's the time to roll it out.

  • Your home will be listed on The Agency website, MLS Centris, REALTOR.ca, and my personal website.

  • I will also actively and strategically promote your home sale across each of my social media channels.

  • Your plan could also include print media, personal websites, virtual walk-throughs, and other advanced marketing techniques.

STEP 6 Selling Your Property

  • Now the fun begins, and I will be with you every step of the way!

  • I will coordinate all showings and open houses, and collaborate with buying agents to ensure your experience is seamless, convenient, and comfortable.

  • You will receive progress updates, prompt showing feedback, and updates on market competition and sales.

  • When offers come in, you can rely on my negotiating experience and honest representation to get you the best price for your home.

STEP 7 Service After the Sale

  • Closing at the notary does not necessarily mean you won’t be hearing from me again. We're in a long-term relationship now!

  • I will continue to be available as a valuable resource, and can connect you to professionals who can help with all things home-related.

  • I will also invite you to participate in the management of the Community Fund. It’s there to make OUR community stronger.
