If we decide to do some pre-listing updates, I will connect you with professionals in the local community and will help implement and oversee the work.
STEP 4 Listing Your Property

This step is about creating a beautiful listing – you only get one chance to make that first impression.

My team of staging and photography professionals will ensure your home is looking its best.

Photography and video are at the heart of my listings, and will beautifully capture your home to showcase its features.
STEP 5 Marketing

We already worked on the marketing plan. Now's the time to roll it out.

Your home will be listed on The Agency website, MLS Centris, REALTOR.ca, and my personal website.

I will also actively and strategically promote your home sale across each of my social media channels.

Your plan could also include print media, personal websites, virtual walk-throughs, and other advanced marketing techniques.
STEP 6 Selling Your Property

Now the fun begins, and I will be with you every step of the way!

I will coordinate all showings and open houses, and collaborate with buying agents to ensure your experience is seamless, convenient, and comfortable.

You will receive progress updates, prompt showing feedback, and updates on market competition and sales.

When offers come in, you can rely on my negotiating experience and honest representation to get you the best price for your home.
STEP 7 Service After the Sale

Closing at the notary does not necessarily mean you won’t be hearing from me again. We're in a long-term relationship now!
